Mortal Ice (Novella) Synopsis, Chapter 1

Synopsis:

False call. Sorry!! The Synopsis is being edited, and I will make it available soon. :)

Chapter 1:

"Kestrel, you are summoned," said one of The Circle's messengers that I didn't recognize. "I am to escort you to them." I followed the messenger dutifully.

Soon, we arrived at The Circle's main building. "I will leave you here," said the messenger. Instead of replying, I strode past him, through the double doors and into their lobby. "Welcome," said Aurayel, the leader of Ice. "Please, sit," she invited. We sat at a long table made of ice. It was Aurayel's table- the other leaders had their own tables, as well as a combined table, so I assumed that the other leaders of The Circle weren't coming. "So, to whom do I owe the pleasure of this meeting?" I said respectfully. Aurayel smiled. Her long platinum blonde hair was tied in a high plaited bun on her head, and she looked like an ice queen minus the crown. Out of the four Circle members, she was the nicest. She was willing to do a lot if you asked her the right way, unlike some of the other members.

"A matter of interest has arisen," was all she said, and she knew I knew what she meant. "Matters of interest" were often Fae who broke the rules, or very rarely they were learl, Fae that were half Fae, half Elemental, dangerous Fae who inherited Elemental and Fae powers. The dangerous thing about them was that Elemental and Fae powers combined could kill both species, and they were invincible once they reached a certain age. I was a well trained Faery assassin, and The Circle favoured me. "But it is getting late, Kestrel. Rest in your chambers, and we will meet tomorrow," Aurayel said, dismissing me immediately.

Twisted Bullet Chapter 6

Stacey's P.O.V
My mouth drops open in shock. I go over in my head everything that has happened in the last week. More importantly, yesterday. When she put her hand out and stopped the glass from shattering, when she collapsed, dragging me down with her. I shake myself back to reality by looking at Yama. She is looking at Jasmine, who is looking at me. I hear a voice, Annie's voice, but when I look at her she isn't speaking or even awake. The voice gets louder and louder. The others can hear it as well, because moments later they stumble back into the wall. The voice gets louder still, until it becomes a scream, a scream that actually comes from Annie this time. She awakens with her scream, and looks down at her legs. Well her tail now. She lets out a small gasp, and I immediately grab a towel that is on a table beside me. I start drying the tail. I don't know what is happening, but as soon as she is back to normal, we are getting out of here. Normal. If that even counts any-more. I keep drying, and seconds later there is a flash of blue, and her legs reappear. There is a knock on the door behind me and someone enters the room. I turn around to see the person, I recognise him as the police officer I had been talking to before hand.
"I need you all to come with me" he says to us.
We all just nod. Like before, we are too tired to care. I grab Annie's hand and she jumps of the bed she was lying in. She nearly collapses but makes a swift recovery, that only I notice. As we leave the officer, explains that he is taking us to a safe house area. We exit the building. Flashing lights blind us once again. Annie is in front of me. She calls out to me, and runs back to me. I shield her face from the cameras. We rush to a car that has tinted windows and clamber in. A driver, starts up the vehicle, and we leave. I think about the bullet. The Bullet. The bullet that was meant for me, the bullet that hit her, the bullet that made all of this happen, the bullet that changed everything.

The Transformation Synopsis, Prologue

Synopsis:
*Set before Alone (Eternals Fall) and Eternalites

Synopsis coming soon!

Prologue (A few days before)
There was a flash of light, and Raziel appeared. "Artemis, we can't hold them back much longer. You must summon her." I knew who he meant. Miyuki, goddess of the elements, elemental of the winds, guardian of the west. my half-sister, and the gods' only hope.
Miyuki was not what we'd expected to find. She had a gentle, caring nature, but she was fierce, and a born leader. She'd do anything to protect those she loved. She knew nothing of her past, but she didn't wonder. She had no clue who she was, and how valuable she was.
Raziel readied The Circle as I prepared to read the prophecy. "Blood of the blood, Roses of the rose, these bind our loyalty. I, Artemis Euphesia, goddess of virgins, the moon, and the hunt, summon the Elemental goddess Miyuki, goddess of the elements, daughter of the winds, guardian of the west. To do so I offer my sacrifice in return for..."

Titan (The Ancient Powers #1) Synopsis, Part I, Part II

Synopsis:

Valentia Lily "Astra" Adams. The quiet girl at school, never noticed. Until one day, she goes to a party she was forced to, and meets someone different. They begin to date secretly, and it becomes harder and harder to hide their relationship in public. When Valentia learns his true identity, they fall apart, and although she struggles to stay away from him, he is closed to her. But then she learns who she really is, and she knows she's in danger. And he plays a part in it. Will she ever trust him with her secrets again?

Part I: The Party (Val)

I wandered amongst the crowd, annoyed to be here. My best friend Emilia had forced me to come, and after much coaxing, I did. I wish I'd just said no. "May I have this dance?" said a voice behind me I didn't recognise. I turned, and saw a beautiful boy with green eyes and white-blond hair. "Sure," I mumbled, unsure of how to politely say no. He grinned, and guided me to the dance floor. It was much like a typical dance floor, sparkly and shiny. We swayed amongst the bodies gracefully. "What's your name?" he asked as we danced. "Uh..." He laughed. "Hey, uh. I'm John." I laughed too, unable to stop myself. But I could tell something was unusual about this boy. I doubted his name was really John, but I didn't press. "I'm Val," I replied.
The conversation was light the rest of the dance. Soon, it was time to let him go. "Bye," I waved him farewell. But I couldn't shake off the feeling that I knew him.
(Him)
Damn it. It was so hard, too hard to ignore Val's call. She was having way too much of an effect on me. It had never hurt me like this before. Ignoring girls had been painless, and I'd never given the deed a second thought afterward. But, everything was different with Val. Everything that I never gave a second thought seemed hard to do.
I briskly walked home to my mansion of a house, courtesy of my brother. "Hey," Danny, my brother said as I walked in. "Hey." From that one word, my brother sensed that something was wrong. "What's wrong?" he asked. Danny cared about me more than anyone. He might be a pop star, but underneath the star he was a kind and caring guy. I decided to tell him. "There's this girl, Val. I've seen her twice now. The thing about her is, she's not like the others. It hurts to tell her lies and ignore her. I can't resist it any longer, Dan. If I see her again, I'll break. I'm so scared, Dan. I don't know what to do," I confess. He thinks for a while before replying. "Then tell her. You have senses, Shay. I believe you. If she's special, she will find you. And when she does, tell her the truth. If she's not special, then she won't find you. Take a few days off Shay. Have a rest, and wait for her." My brother's advice was always unnerving and wise. "Thank you." Dan smiled. "Thank you. Take care, Shay." And just like that, he was gone.
Part II: Window Shopping (Val)
Weeks later, I saw the boy again while I was window shopping. "John," I called. There was no response. It was just somebody else, I told myself. But my instincts were telling me it was him, "John".

(Him): Coming soon!

Alone (Eternals Fall) Prologue, Chapter 1

Prologue (Before):
Artemis heard the stomping of the guardians. They would be here soon to end her. Artemis heard a shout behind her. “Lady!” shouted Ria, her second-in-command. “They’re coming!” Artemis smiled grimly. “Get everyone to safety!” She shouted. “You know what to do!”
“But-”
“Just do it!” Artemis looked at her desperately. “Please!” Ria hesitated a second longer, then nodded and barked orders to her generals.
a few minutes later...
When Artemis lay there, dying, the last thing she saw was Raziel looking down at her, the expression on his face too horrid to be real. “I, Raziel, Co-founder of the nightfalls, swear to avenge the death of Artemis, Lady of the Immortals, Eternal of the west, Elemental of the wind, Sovereign of winter blood, True founder of the Nightfalls.” Raziel smiled horridly, knowing that he would no longer be the same, and sadly thought an apology to Ria.
Chapter 1:
Lena smiled, looking down at the familiar colours of the town square. They weren't bright, but dark and rather sinister, with warnings etched all over it.
Years had passed since her mother, Maya had been slain by Elena, Maya's rival, Ana's succeder. She had a powerful position in the council, and had somehow managed to discover some of Maya's secrets. Even Maya's sister, Rebecca didn't know these secrets. When Maya died, most of the nightfall sector assumed that the sector was a lost cause, and left and joined other sectors. But, some decided to stay, believing and hoping that the nightfall sector could be saved. Those who stayed were right. I watched them for a whole week, before going out of hiding and telling them who I was. Some were not so surprised, but they were when I told them that Maya had been the last guardian of the Eternalites alive, and when she died it had been passed to me. And Dimitri. Dimitri, my older brother, had been born into a world of deceit, trickery, lies. He'd had to grow up fast, and soon he'd gone into hiding with trained samurai guards. Though Lena had no idea where he was an if he was alive, Lena longed to see him again, her older brother who had taught her almost everything she knew. She felt herself drifting off, gradually teleporting to his location. That was when Rebecca found her, leaning on the balcony. Rebecca was instantly paralysed by a strange magic, looking at her face. She looked so like Maya. Maya had a secret daughter? she wondered, confused. The magic faded, and she could move again. She reached out to touch the child's face- but she disappeared.

Chapter 1: Home

I walked through the doorway into the place I had lived in all my life. Although it was rather plain, it was a special place that I loved with my heart. I hope I will inherit it when the time comes for my dear parents to depart the world, I thought, not my annoying twin sister Callie. Our parents absolutely adored her, and when they'd written their will her mother and father decided that Callie, being older and more "mature" by a few hours, would inherit the house when they died. I sincerely hoped that would change, in my favour.
Callie Thornwood. My complete opposite, so much that our teachers used to joke that we weren't related. I wished we weren't. She was the popular princess, the girl, and an absolute mean girl. Always looking for more power, wealth and control. Then there was me, the quiet, smart girl, an "absolute disgrace" to Callie. I didn't hunger for power, wealth and control. I did what I did. If that meant I was the hang-on or the leader, it didn't matter.  worked well with everyone except from Callie. She always used to say that my only good attribute was my curiosity. I secretly agreed. Well, I thought curiosity was a good attribute of mine. I remember how I used worship her, like she was my idol. Oh, how times had changed. Now, she hated me, and me her.
My home looked good, as per usual. Walking into my room, still thinking, I shut the door instinctively, and lay down on my bed. Ah, how good it felt to be home and safe. It was getting harder and harder to hide my snooping, and I feared that one day I would be caught, and locked up. But I was determined not to let that happen.
I'd always been curious about the differences between The Light and The Dark, and although i'd been warned not to ever delve into the world of The Dark, taught that The Light was good, I still wondered. It was the last thing I thought about before I feel asleep, sleeping uninterrupted.

Chapter 2: The Next Day

I woke up bathed in sunlight. Groaning, I rubbed my eyes. It was a school day, and I had to get up. But I couldn't resist falling asleep again.
"Come on stupid girl, wake up!" I woke, thrashing against my will. "Wh-what?" I mumbled, and opened my eyes. Callie was standing over me, and shaking me hard out. "Come on!!! I've finished my breakfast already, and Dad's waiting for you! Hurry up and get dressed, eat your breakfast, so I can get to school!!!" she shouted at me. "Fine, fine," I mumbled. I got dressed and ate quickly, knowing that if I was slow I would also be late to school, and I would get the blame, and possibly a detention. Callie waking me up was actually a blessing. "I'm ready," I shouted, as Dad started the car. I hopped into the car, buckled my seatbelt, and settled in. Callie had called shotgun, and sat smugly beside my Dad, shooting me smirks every five seconds. Uh, I groaned inwardly. She could be so annoying at times. I had no idea why I 'd worshipped her at a younger age. I guess she'd seemed like my cooler, awesome older sis. But now I knew that wasn't the case.
Dad's car pulled up at the gate of our school. It was time to go. "Bye, dad," I said before getting out of the car. Callie just jumped out, did a quick wave and was gone. Dad smiled. "Bye, sweetheart," he said before pulling away. I watched our car pull away for a while before turning back and walking into the school gates. Dad loved me more than Mum, but she ran the family. Which was unfortunate for me. But perfect for Callie, whom she loved with her whole heart. I sometimes wondered what she saw in Callie, and why she hated me.
"Lyn!" shouted a familiar voice, the voice of my best friend, Moira. Her dark hair whipped her face in the wind, and her dark eyes looked toward me. She looked a lot like me, and we could pass as twins. She was almost a brown-haired version of Callie, whose platinum blond hair shone in the sun, so much like her mother. "Mei," I replied. People always wondered why I called her Mei. The name was formed when we were smaller, and a teacher of ours always pronounced her name Meira, which produced her nickname. We had bonded at kindergarten, when we were paired for spelling.
Just then, the bell rang. The endless chatter ceased, and there was a mad rush to get to class. As usual, Mei and I waited for it all to cease before slowly walking to class.
**************************************************************
Finally, the bell that signaled the end of school rang. All the students filed out silently, and the chatter began again. A plethora of voices attempted to drown out others, sharing the latest gossip. I just looked and Mei and rolled my eyes. We waited together at the bus stop, and soon the bus came. Buying tickets, we sat next to each other. We only just sat down before hearing sniggers behind us. I groaned inwardly. I could tell it was Callie and her pals without looking backward. "Look, it's the Irish Princess and her servant," sneered Emily, Callie's best friend. "I wonder what they're up to," Lyra, her other pal pitched in. In primary, Lyra had been a friend of ours, but after middle school she'd left us for Callie, who still taunted me about it. "Can't even keep a friend," "I wonder how long it will be before that Irish brat leaves you," she'd say. And never before had I found the courage not to be hurt. "Go away, Callie," I said wearily. Although Callie and her minions stopped talking to us, they kept sniggering and whispering. The bus stopping was a miracle. I could leave, and go to the library. "Bye, Mei," I said, not at all ashamed to leave her alone with Callie and her minions. She could handle herself, and she knew Callie only picked on her because she was my best friend, out of jealousy. "Bye," Mei said, and waved as I got off. Finally, I was alone. Not that I minded Mei's company, I just knew that she wouldn't understand my snooping.
I got on a computer, and researched "The Dark". Surprisingly, it wasn't blocked by The Light's server. I'd already found out that The Dark was a rival association, deemed "bad" by The Light, who told all the innocents that The Dark was bad, and made sure no one would go snooping, and find the truth. It seemed that they were confident enough not to block library searches of The Dark. But I soon saw why. The information that popped up was absolute nonsense. Then I realised that this was their fool-proof way of weeding out the curious, and taking them away. So that was where people disappeared. Spooked, I ran out of the library, ran and ran, until I finally looked back, and saw that no one was following me. I collapsed in relief. I knew I had to run. The Light knew who I was, that I was questioning them. But I didn't know how to run. I was at their mercy.
Eventually,  I fell asleep, and left my worries for the next morning.

Chapter 3: On The Run

I jolted awake. Shivering, I started to recall the past day. I was wrecked. Instead of thinking first, I'd just acted. I had no place to go, and I didn't doubt that my family had already been notified about my 'acts of treason', and I knew they wouldn't hesitate to turn me in if I went home. I had nowhere to go. Then I remembered. Mei lived by herself. I knew I could trust her. But I didn't know how to get to her home without being caught. I was certain The Light would think of monitoring my best friend's house. They weren't dumb. They were very, very smart. Too smart. Damn it! I felt like crying, and burrowing into my bed in my house, my house no longer.
Suddenly, a large shadow towered over me. I cowered in fear, hoping it wasn't The Light, coming to take me back. "Are you ok?" a tall man with dark hair and silver eyes asked. 'Y-yeah," I manage to say. He smiles. "You remind me of my sister, Roewen. Are you escaping The Light? You can trust me," he said. How did he know almost instantly? I wondered. After battling with myself, I decided I could trust him. "Y-yes," I said, my teeth still chattering from the cold of the night before. He smiled sympathetically. "Do you want to come with me to The Dark?" he asked tentatively. I smiled. So that's where he was from. "Hell, yeah. Lead the way," I said easily. He laughed, took my hand, and we began to walk.
We walked in silence for the first few minutes. " I just realised, I never told you my name," the man said, breaking the silence. "I'm Ameiyra."
"I'm Rosalyn," I said quietly, a little hesitant to share my name. Ameiyra stopped walking, and turned to face me. "Rosalyn Thornwood? Thorn's Daughter?" he asked incredulously. "Y-yes..." I said hesitantly, unsure of how and why he knew my mother. Ameiyra smiled reassuringly. "Relax, you'll see Thorn soon." It wasn't a surprise that my mother was alive, but for some reason, I was angry at my mother. She'd left us to fend for ourselves when I was three years old, left me with my broken father who hated me because I bore a resemblance to her, and left me with my damn sister Callie. I felt the fury pulsating through me, and it was hard to refrain from punching Ameiyra just because he was beside me.
"Don't be angry at your mother," Ameiyra said. "I know you want to, I know it's hard. But she couldn't do anything else. Just like you can't now. I know you think the rest of your family won't care that you're gone, but inside, they care. Believe me, I know, I certainly cared when the rest of my family died in The Assault." The Assault. The final sign that The Dark was bad. That day, The Light had slaughtered them. It was devastating, and crushing for everyone.
It was then that I remembered. When I was researching The Dark, I'd come across what The Light had hid from the general public. The former head of The Dark, a man named Antoen.
Ameiyra's father.
He must've been devastated, losing so much of his family that day. I realised something else- that day was the day my mother left. That day, my mother met Ameiyra.
Ameiyra laughed. "Yes," he said softly. "It's true. My father is Antoen" He turned away, and I swore I saw a tear in his eye. "Anyway, you'd better get some rest. You have a long day ahead of you."

Enjoy it? Chapter 4 is coming! :D

Touched (Immortalia #1) Synopsis, Prologue, Chapter 1, Chapter 2,

Hey Everyone! Just to save some space and help you find the posts, I'll be doing a few re-posts with everything that is available just so you can read it all at once!

Synopsis:
What would you do to stay alive? 4 years ago, Arielle Rien went through the changes that made her a True Immortali. Running from the Riveran authorities, she lost everything. Her best friend, Kira Oakley, and her family. Now she lives in a world without them. When she gets an unexpected chance to go back to Rivera, she takes it. What she finds there is shocking, and it hurts her. Until, she learns who she really is, and what she is destined to be...

Prologue (5 Years Ago):

I was walking to class with my best friend, Kira, who was pretty much my sister. Back then, I still thought I was human, and a loyal Riveran. But that day, I started experiencing what was called “the symptoms”. They meant you were an Immortali, a true daughter or son of Immortalia, the realm that was mythical in the human world. I was only 12. I knew what I needed to do, escape Rivera, to Aeria, the sanctuary of a country that welcomed all. But I was stubborn, and I didn’t want to leave Kira, and my family. I wouldn’t have left, but Madara, an attendant at our school cafeteria, told me I had to. She helped me escape, and she left with me. She told me Rivera wasn’t meant to be like it was. Rivera had changed immensely. She told me that in Rivera, a long time ago, humans and Immortali had lived together peacefully. But then, the humans revolted. They killed all Immortali who didn’t leave Rivera. This angered the gods and they cursed the humans. they were cursed to have Immortali children, whenever it pleased the gods. Why were there humans in Immortalia? Because the humans are Immortali, disgraced Immortali killed and reborn human. Not many know that, but I do. Madara does, too. I’m not sure how. So Madara convinced me to go to Aeria with her. then I spent 2 years training with Thomas, a son of Hermes. Then I returned to Aeria, where I have been since. Years pass fast. I have a life now. But without Kira my family. A new life. A new name.

Chapter 1: Arielle

“Arielle!” I looked up, surprised and saw Thomas.  He was already back. I  ran to him, and embraced him. “I missed you.” I said teasingly. “Although you did come back before schedule …” Thomas smiled. “I won’t be away anytime soon. Ari decided I needed more education, so I’m joining you at school.” I laughed. Ari, or Ariana was the first daughter of Hermes. The children of Hermes were Trainers, so Ari was their leader. “Really?” I teased. Thomas sighed. “Yup, I’m never going to forget.” He sighed again, but I could tell he wasn’t annoyed. “I … “messed up” a training simulation.” I laughed, imagining Ari looking down, stern at him, with a cheeky look on his face. “Anyway, I better leave, it’s getting late. See you soon.” Thomas waved, and walked away. I walked back inside Aerial West, where the women 13 up lived. I unlocked my room, and lay down. I wondered what tomorrow would be like briefly, before falling sound asleep.

Chapter 2: Kira

I still thought about Arie, my best friend- well, former best friend. A true Immortali hiding in a realm of humans. When I’d found out who Arie really was, I’d been shocked. Sad, almost. I wasn’t missing her, because I was a loyal Riveran.
Rivera. The country that despised true Immortalians. If only we’d been born in Aeria. I would still have a best friend, and nothing would change. I wasn’t sure why I thought that way. I guess I just felt left behind, betrayed. I looked around the graveyard. I’d come here alone, to get away and think. It was Arie’s 17th birthday tomorrow, but I knew I would be too busy to escape, so I settled for today instead.  It was eerily beautiful. Autumn leaves cascaded down from the branches of almost bare trees, surrounding a plethora of gray stone markers. I’d tried so hard to be a loyal Riveran, but after Arie left it had been very hard. I wished she would come and save me.

I wondered if she would ever think about me. I wondered if she would think of us as enemies or friends. I continued pondering for a while, until my watch beeped. Damn, I thought, time was up. I had to return, or they would notice. But as I  walked back along the dusty grey path I’d.. come on, my thoughts stayed on Arie.

Blurb 4

The twilight sky glooms above me. It would be dark soon.I keep walking being as quite as possible. CRACK! I look down at my mint coloured shoes, just a twig I think calmly to myself. I start walking once again until I reach my destination.
The wooden frame stood tall in the remaining sunlight. Glass was shattered along the greenless grass. As I move closer to the door, I notice paint peeling of revealing smeared blood. I step onto the fly infested porch, nearly falling through the soggy rotten wood. When I reach the door and start to turn the handle, I feel something wet and sticky. Thinking that nothing was wrong, I open the decorated door. I step into the house, my foot stepping onto what felt like sticks. I look down and scream, a high pitch scream, shattering any remain glass, and tearing through the fog that was slowing enclosing on me. A pile of charred black bones sat in a pile under my foot...

Blurb 3

I step out into the wind. My hair blows across my face, blocking my vision. I push it away calmly. I look around at the storms destruction, rubbish was swirling around and newly replaced windows had been smashed in, leaving glass all around. This wasn't the first time though. Ever since the invasion, storms pass through, leaving damage. Those of us who survive the attack, take refuge in an abandoned bunker. Well some of us. There are others, who take control, we fight against them.
We are survivors.

Blurb 2

The cold steel wall pressed hard against my back. A chilly breeze came, which sent goosebumps up my arm, making hair stand up on my neck. I stood carefully trying not to squish my younger brother and sister, who were peacefully sleeping with me, I made my way to the kitchen area hoping that food had miraculously appeared overnight. -No Luck- This was frustrating, annoying, hopeless, but it was how it was. I had to go outside. TODAY. It was either live or die of starvation and I would rather live than die. Also I made a promise to Dad, I promised to look after my siblings. When he put us in here to keep us safe I remember his face, it was streamed with tear marks, I could never forget that day. When he locked us in here, he told us nothing. Nothing at all. All he said was that he would come back for us, with Mum, in a couple of weeks. It's been 3 months and each day we lose hope. The next few days after he left were horrible. We would keep staring at the door for hours at a time thinking that he would come back with a smile on his face. Each day it got worse, Michael my younger brother, started crying and then he wouldn't talk to us at all. Not even Ivy, which said lots, he adores Ivy and would do anything for her. I glance over to where my siblings were tranquilly sleeping. I have to find a way out of here, preferably without hurting or putting them in any form danger. Ivy would go nuts, once I told her what I was going to do. I had to reveal my plan slowly. So I walked over to the torturous steel wall, woke her up, and started talking...

Blurb

Hi All,
I am going to try and post a short blurb a day, for about a week/5 days. It is nearly the end of my 1st term school holidays and I have been quite busy, so each day I will attempt to post a short blurb a day.
Enjoy,
Maia

Blurb One-
- I walk through the remnants of the school corridor, lockers have been punched in, textbooks are scattered along the paper strewn floor. I hear talking and quicken my pace. I look to my left and see a teacher, beckoning me inside away from the destruction. The destruction that I caused, the Hunters did the damage, but only because I was here, hiding from the truth of who I really am. I let out a soft gasp, leaning against the wall are bodies, dead bodies. My eyes scan the room for my best friend, Selena, I find her. She is beside many other nearly dead people, shivering and wheezing for breath. I catch her eye and she lets out an extremely weak smile. I smile back, and walk over to her. She moves her arm and lets out a small groan. I once again gasp, where her arm was, is now a blood stained patch. She closes her eyes, and lets out her final breath. I look at her, then at all the other bodies around the room, and then finally at the teacher, who has a grim look on her face. I can't stand it, all the Hunters did was kill a pile of innocent people, my school friends. I run out of the door, not looking back, I lead past many other classes before finally reaching the entrance of the school. I rush outside, sprint to my left and around the school, to the class I was just in. In the room the teacher is staring at me outside, so are many other students in all of the classes. I look behind me, to the deep blue ocean. I turn back towards the school and see all pupils and staff members angry, they are angry at me. I turn around so my body is away from them and face the water. Lurking under it, was my home, the place where I belong. Where other people like me dwelled. With no other thoughts, I run towards the edge and dive in.

Hey everyone! I'm hoping to post more as the year goes on, and I hope you enjoy reading my writing! :) So I'd like to announce a few projects I'll get on here as soon as I can:

~Note: these are all blurb drafts~

1- Tiger's Curse- It has been 7 years since Maria Ashyer ousted The Committee at Tiger's Curse. Since that day, champion of Tiger's Curse Areylia Ravenshadow was never seen again.

16- year old Eliana Ryeburn lives in the "New" Sailin. She remembers the day well. A rebellion has been stirring, with rumours to overthrow Maria. When the time comes for Eliana to choose, what will she choose?

2- Untitled- This will be a spin-off retell of Beauty and the Beast, told from the beast's POV. Featuring twins Ashton and Ashley Kraiyama.

3- Valentia- a short story collection- Valentia Lily "Astra" Adams. The quiet girl at school, never noticed. Until one day, she goes to a party she was forced to, and meets Shay Donnell. They begin to date secretly, and it becomes harder and harder to hide their relationship. When Valentia learns Shay's true identity, they fall apart. She struggles to stay away from him though, and he is closed to her. But when she learns who she really is, she knows she's in danger. And Shay plays a part in it. Will she ever trust him with her secrets again?

Hope you enjoy reading this. :) Please leave feedback! I know that last blurb was terrible. :D

Short Story 2

Another Short Story

Today was the day, the day I have been dreading my entire life. My 16th Birthday. The day I will be sentenced to work full time with a career I don't wont. I looked down hesitantly at the back of my wrist examining the small crown installed into my skin. A pear of gold wings fluttered beside the crown and on top a silver halo glistened. Id trade my tattoo for anything. The crown, it meant I was destined to work for royalty, the pair of wings, well all I know is that my soul mate has the same tattoo. Turning 16 now meant I have to start work and move in to my new home. The Alapathia Palace. Where I will serve the king and queen and there horrible son Terrence.

I pulled myself out of bed sighing in disgust. I looked around and stared at the pile of cardboard boxes surrounding my room. I walked to my suitcase witch was over flowing with my clothes. I stuffed my remaining clothes from my closet in to it and began to drag it towards the door. I stopped before turning the nob and heard footsteps approach. I twisted the nob and opened the door to my younger sister Lilly.

'Happy birthday” she said, tears forming in her small turquoise eyes. I wrapped my arms around her. She had three more years before she started work. She had a simple job. She was to be a teacher a red round shaped apple with an “R” was engraved on her wrist. I pulled back from her grip.”you can visit me at the palace”, I'm sure the queen Rosella will understand. My sister and I were very close. I looked past her shoulder and noticed mum and dad creeping towards us. They had tears too.

“Happy Birthday Bella” they said, resting a hand on Lily's shoulders. I was lost for words. My parents work at the nearest medical hospital.

“I may need help with my stuff” I told them before turning to my suitcase and lifting it of the floor. My sister walked forward and grabbed two boxes. I took the last one and walked to the car. I placed all my belongings in the back.

It was now the moment I hated the most. My family watched me as I pulled myself into the car. Tears were flooding down their faces as I started the engine.

“I love you. I promise you may visit. I will call when I get there” I told them. They waved goodbye in silence as I closed the door and began to drive towards the palace.

Short Story 1

Hi All!
Here is just a short story I wrote a while ago.

I ran from the ashes of my dream. Looking behind me and watching my nightmare take over. I crumpled my face and screamed louder than I ever had. My mind hazy and dim, I fell to the ground clutching the last thing I had left. I hugged it tight as I listened to the horrible memories flooding my head. I sat on the wet dirt that covered my boots. I could smell the fire aroma press against my face. I covered my eyes in terror and screamed loudly. I saw the darkness swirl into colour and the truth finally came out. I saw a face and then my mind ended the nightmare...

That was the dream I'd been having for the last 3 days. The hospital staff had been kind enough to understand what I had lost. That night I was the only survivor of the fire, my parents and my sister died while trying to get out. Now I had to choose, choose for going to an orphanage or to live with my Aunt. Both of them were equally horrible. Eventually I went with my aunt. So later that day I was sitting outside on the steps when she finally pulled up. “Get in” she yelled with a slur. As soon as she said that I knew I made a mistake. I'd forgotten that she was an alcoholic. Never the less I got into the filthy car. As we drove away I looked back and tears ran down my face. “Would you stop that” I cried as I pulled the cigarette from her hand and chucked it out the window not caring what the consequences were.  "Oh lighten up, you're lucky I even took you in" she said thundered. "Well don't worry at all I'm planning to get out of your life faster than a cheetah can run" I responded sarcastically.
"Don't you smart mouth me" she replied opening up a beer. I grabbed the beer out of her hands and shoved it out the window. "Haven't you ever heard of the law don't drink and drive? Oh wait, No, because your crazy! I'm meant to be the one who's crazy, I just watched my parents die before my eyes. I'm going to try and stay alive if that's ok with you." throwing the cigarette pack out the window while I was at it. She ignored me and turned the corner to stop outside a small wooden house. I walked over to the gate and took a glance at the trees in front. They were all skinny and had wilting leaves all over the place.
"So this is where the witch lives" I muttered while picking up a  half trampled on flower.

"Oh shut up you dumb mutt" she mumbled as she walked up the pathway. I slowly trudged behind her.
"Eww is that a..."
"Oh yeah I'll clean that up later"
When I got into the house the first thing noticed was the smell that lurked around I got interrupted from my little daydream by my aunt. "I hope you like takeaways as I don't cook" she grumbled. I ran my finger along the kitchen bench, it picked up magnitudes of dust. Every where I went was dusty. I will probably die from an asthma attack I thought to myself. I moved along the corridor to find myself a place where I can place my only belonging a teddy which I salvaged from the fire. Eventually I found a room where I could stay. The sun streamed through the crystal windows reflecting of the mirrors. I placed my teddy onto the quilted bed and walked over to the window.  Just outside of my window was a little pond. I ran outside and dipped my feet into it. The water was cool just the right temperature for swimming. A breeze brushed past and the sunlight glistened on the rippling water. I stared down at the water to see my reflection, just looking made me remember how much I liked to swim. I remembered they used to call me the girl underwater.
I knew what this was it was destiny.

Twisted Bullet Day 5

Day 5 (Yama)

We are all waiting inside the courtroom. Security guards are on either side of us. I swear I am pretty sure they don't do this with all victims. Turns out that there is more than just one case of the shooting, they have to find family for Annie to live with. We all suspect that she will be going down south to live with her Grandparents. A loud bang startles me, the court is in session.

Day 5 (Stacey)

They bring Pete out. I refuse to look at him, though I can feel his eyes looking straight at me. Annie obviously looked at her shooter, because she then grabs my hand. This causes me to look at her and him. Pete. Why? Why did I look? I was correct, he was looking straight at me, I couldn't look away. The judge started to speak, I soon got lost into my own day dream. I used to spend nights with Pete before we broke up. I had Dance classes I had to teach, I had routines to make up, I had a show in 1 month. The show. The show where he came with a gun. A bullet that was mean't for me, not Annie. If she hadn't jumped that night I wouldn't be here. None of us would. I am brought out of my daydream by someone saying my name. I look around. Pete is looking at me still. The judge is calling out my name. I have to speak.

Day 5 (Jazmin)

I look across to Stacey she stands up and begins to speak. I listen thinking I know the story, I am wrong. It is completely different. She talks about her time spent with him before going to the night of the shooting.
"Did you know about this?" I whisper to Kendyll and Yama
"No" they both reply back in unison
I lean forward so I can see Annie she is shaking. She catches my eye. I see the fear in her. She looks away quickly. Stacey finishes talking and runs out of the room. The judges dismisses the court for a 30 minute interval.

Day 5 (Kendyll)

We all look at each other, then at Annie. She stands up and starts to walk to the door. We catch up to her.
"Annie what are you doing?" Yama asks
"I'm going to the cafe area, she is there, I just know it." She replies, surprising us all.
"What? I can speak." she adds
We run to the cafe and see Stacey there sitting down at a table, she looks up at us, her eyes are red and her face is streamed with tear marks. She is fiddling with the locket that she keeps around her neck, only this time it isn't. We walk over to her, the locket she is holding is open showing pictures of them together. Annie stops in her tracks, she doesn't move, doesn't even flinch.
"You ok?" I ask her
She nods, she starts walking again.

Day 5 (Yama)

I glance back to Annie, she is walking, but walking to the window instead. She looks outside, she just stares. For a moment everything is still and silent, but then they come. White lights, flashing objects, shouting blind our eyes. Reporters? Seriously? Can this get any worse? As if on cue, Annie falls back onto the ground. The next few minutes were a blur, guards came in and took us to a separate room, medics came a took Annie somewhere else. We didn't fight, we knew she was fine. We were all tired as well. The Judge comes in and says that the hearing has been called of. Pete is sentenced to 9 years in prison. Hopefully we won't see him again. The case of where Annie goes isn't settled yet. There will be a discussion about it in a week. In the mean time she is in our care. A few minutes after the Judge leaves the medics come in and take us to Annie. She is lying there unconscious, we rush to her side.
"Will she be ok?" I ask
"She will be fine, but take a look at this" one of them replies.
They grab a glass of water and pour it over Annies wrist, there is a short pause before the unspeakable happens. We all just stare at what used to be legs, instead of legs there is a tail. A mermaid type of tail.
